hey guys, this is the first time i have problem with full refund as a seller. I need your help! situation: The buyer sent me 60 euro and i got 58.16 euro, and then I issued a full refund. After refund I found that I sent 58.51 euro back to the buyer, which means I paid extra 0.35 euro for a full refund. But according to PayPal's policy, PayPal will credits all the transaction fees when the seller issues a full refund. So i think there must be some mistakes with PayPal.

You can't have read the latest policy updates, paypal no longer refunds your fees when you issue a refund.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
