I live in Kyrgyzstan, can they send me money from the Canada? A year ago there was no such opportunity, but now?

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is sadly not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.

How about now? is it available now to recieve and to transfer to visa card?
