I sell items on E*Bay and receive payment through PayPal. I thought their fee was 2.9% but it doesn’t calculate out right. Today’s sale for $3.49 + $3.33 shipping shows a PayPal fee of 51 cents. How are they calculating it?

2.9% + 30c per transaction.
2.9% of $6.82 = 0.20 + 30c = 50c
So more or less correct as paypal tend to 'round things up' on calculations.
