PayPal eCheck fee

I was paid in previous months using eCheck and fee was only $45 for 10 000 $ payment. In this month I was paid again using eCheck and fee was $ 352 for 8 000 $ payment. Why is high fee in this month? Where can I see eCheck fees?

FEES are in paypals user agreement per country.

4,4% sounds like credi card fee,are you sure the sender used echeck?

Yes, im sure. Before clearing it was showing 45$ fee But after clearing the actual fee changed to 352$. It's very strange and happened first time to me
