Received money from a friend but PayPal thought it was a transaction and thus charged me a fee...this was incorrect as my friend was merely sending me money. How can I contact PayPal to get this resolved...I don't see an email address or phone number.

HI @redhawk_04
Your friend sent it as a payment for goods and services that's why there is a charge for that. That fee will not be waived since it is a payment sent by your friend, mistakenly choosing a good and service type for the payment.
Ask her next time to send it as a personal payment - choose option for family and friends.
Cheers!
