PayPal billing the wrong amount

So, I ordered a jacket from boohoo. Total amount £25.96. But PayPal has extracted £33,39 from my account. Contacted the clothing company who have checked it on their end and said they have charged the correct amount. Looked at PayPal transactions and they have the same amount but the money out of my account is a lot more for the same transaction?

Check with your credit card or bank account customer service to see if there is a foreign transaction fee charged.

Hi just wondering if you resolved this. I have had the same. Brought things from baker Ross and the amount was £42 but PayPal took £55. Can’t work out how to sort this out hoping you maybe able to help. Thanks.
