PayPal app stops working whilst cashing a check

The pay pal app crashes when I try to take a phot of a check to cash it.

Thanks for reaching out! Have you made sure your software on your phone as well as the app version are both up-to-date? Last time we were running into this issue, it's because there was old software present on either the device or app.
