It’s impossible to contact customer service agents anymore. Is PayPal now a 9-to-5 business? After 18 years I realize there are changes but it’s not worth dealing with anymore if I can’t manage all PayPal activity on a mobile device. Chat is also not available after hours? Is there a trick to Communicating with PayPal through the message center in my account?
