I have just had a message on my phone "your PayPal is restricted .please refresh confirm your your identity TODAY or your account will be closed :http:/PayPal.co.uk.8prf.pw/m/ . Is this genuine ?I have no messages or anything about it anywhere else .

Phishing spam. If there is no notifications or warning when you logged on directly at PayPal website then its fake message.
