PayPal account temporarily locked text

I have just had a text stating my PayPal account is temporarily and I have 36 hours to confirm my account. Like the idiot I am I clicked on the link, but I logged in on my pc and changed my password afterwards. Will that be enough to stop anything dodgy happening or do I need to do more? Thanks in advance.

Its a spoof, just delete it.

DO NOT USE ANY LINK in that text.
If there was a link OR attachment in that email link to ''cancel'' any transaction or ''confirm'' any details then again it would be a spoof.

If there was a problem with your account Paypal would not ask you to click on an unsafe link in an email or by downloading an attachment, they would direct you to log in normally and go to the resolution or the message centre for more information.
