I have been trying to contact PayPal by message with no response and I have tried to phone and it says there is a waiting time of 29 hours on hold before someone is available can someone help.
Well you could ask your question on here as we can sometimes help but if you don't want to then.........
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages. It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
