PayPal.Me link issue

When I upload my PayPal.Me link onto a site that requires a PayPal.Me link, I give it a test run and all I get is a

"Let's try that again

Looks like the link you’re looking for doesn’t exist yet. Or maybe it’s a typo?"

I'm still learning the new ropes and all but I don't know exactly what to do on this. Can someone give me a hand here? I'd appreciate it.
