PayPal Glitch

On the 3rd of June, I made an online transaction to KAPLAN Singapore that was handled by PayPal. The payment was then released to PayPal on the 6th of June by my bank (Malayan Banking, Maybank Singapore). However KAPLAN and PayPal claimed that the transaction has been denied. I called my bank to clarify on this matter and it has been confirmed that the payment did go through and has been released to PayPal. My bank has suggested me to raise this issue to PayPal. How do I get my money back?
