I didn't see this specifically but I looked thru thousands of other posts. The PayPal app works fine on my phone and Linux laptop EXECPT one sort of important feature ... the Help Center CHAT window cannot be used on a cell phone and not very well on my linux laptop ... so after much fighting, I uninstalled the app. If things overall do not follow PayPal guidelines for business or if things keep substantially changing then I will need to find a diffent financial resource like what PayPal offers.. Thanks for listening to my rant but the chat window not working on a cellphone was a little bit aggravating and the straw that broke the camels back... Thx/Bill
