How many others have their account locked down right now? I am beginning to feel suspicious. The justification for my account being totally locked down and my money being held from me was a 2.99 charge apparently disputed by my bank not me. My account is over a decade old. In good standing otherwise. I went through providing I.D. and cards and changing passwords and PayPal chat service has just changed what they want from me every time I meet a documentation requirement. Are other customers experiencing this right now? Is PayPal failing and shutting down customer accounts because they cant pay out our own money?
