Hello, I’m trying to establish a relationship with a company in China through Alibaba.com. I’m buying a sample from this company but the payment is not through Alibaba.com because they do not like the practices of payment by Alibaba.com. They’re prefer direct bank payment or PayPal. I would like to know how PayPal can help me if this company does not ship the merchandise or wrong or whatever could bring up the disputed with PayPal? Can PayPal return my money?
Be cautious, chinese sellers can be clever, strategic when handing disputes so you must read the buyer protection terms carefully. It has its limitations is and not a guarantee, warranty or insurance.
This company is a order to build. They said the lead time is 30 days and shipping is 30 day to port of LA in USA. I want to know doe Pay Pal still with me until I receive the merchandise here in USA if God forbid something might go wrong occurs I have to file a dispute again the company sales the products.
