Hi,

I send money to my friend by I did not check the "friend" bottom(I did not see this check). So now my friend received it  but with less amount of money.I got charged because paypal charged me for business transaction not friend transaction. Can I do something to take it back and process it again?

Why would you be charged if you sent it using the goods / services option?

Buyers don't pay fees so the only one that would pay a fee would be your friend you sent it to.

When you send money as a 'friend' you will pay the fees and your friend will receive the full amount. Someone always pays the fee - either you or the recipient.

They didn't use the ''friend'' option, that is the whole point of their post.

And my point is someone always has to pay the fee.

Firstly it didn't answer the OP's question though did it, so stating that was pointless as they were not asking about a friends payment.

Secondly you are incorrect in that someone always pays a fee, as if they funded a friends/family payment via their bank account OR funds in their balance then its free for both sender and receiver.
