Pay pal account verification

Hi everyone, I have linked my bank account to paypal and have been trying to post one item in ebay for sale but keep saying your pay pal account should be verified first. What else should I do? Thanks for your response!!!

Please double check if you have successfully confirmed your bank account. How do I confirm my bank account? 

You may also consider confirming you email address and mobile number.
