Pay button not performing correctly

My PayNow button is supposed to allow purchaser comments/special requests during the purchase process.  It is not and I have review the settings in the Pay Button setup.  Anyone have an idea of how to correct?

We really need some additional info, else it just a guess as there are multiple reasons that your code can fail - without seeing the code and what is happening, there's really no way to help.   If you want to share a link to the page that has the item button code, that would be helpful - else, if you're not comfortable doing that, your other option is to contact Tech Support for assistance.

Your best option is to phone Paypal about this. I have found them super helpful and responsive.
