I sold an e-bay item. I received an e-mail saying payment had been made, BUT on e-bay it still shows awaiting payment AND no deposit shows in my account? I have not sold recently, but have never had a problem like this before. I added a second e-mail thinking that might be the problem since I read something about an unconfirmed e-mail. How do I move forward & correct this? CV
