Hi,
Me and my partner are getting desperate and frustrated - we can't afford the amount that the scammer has taken to be taken out of account.
We just need help - nobody is responding to anything. ALL call centre staff seem to be gone - litterely no way to discuss this with anybody.
We are left with 3 options - this forum right now, the messaging service, or social media. I'm trying all three and getting nowhere...just hitting 'bots' that reply once an hour with nonsense...
FYI - the reason we need help is below...but right now i just need a contact method that works???!!!!
