any idea why a;ll cards i use are rejected ?
i tried al-ahli bank and post cards that are supposed to be compatible with Paypal but card always declined and asks for another payment method ..
i contacted Paypal support for long time always getting me the same message over and over which isn't helping at all
both cards have enough balance
both activated online
both have no issue according to my card issuer and should be linked successfully
maybe be I tried to my mother's card before "which has different name than mine" this problem happened ?? also it keeps saying confirm card "my mother's" and whenever I click on it , I get redirected to add new visa tab..
also my Paypal funds arent usable , all transactions "buying or sending money" I get my mother's card only as option and not Paypal funds
It has been over a month now and I'm literally losing it bec it also prevents me from progressing further with Paypal...
any help pls ?????????????????
