Hi Everyone I'm in the process of buying a vehicle and the seller wants to use Pay After Delivery (PAD) service offered by PayPal. I got a bit nervous when the seller asked me to provide my Photo ID, Address Proof etc to send me the link/invitation for PAD. I think PayPal should ask the seller his details while registering for PAD service and me separately for the documents required. I'm confused and worried if this could be a scam for ID theft as well. The transaction is worth £9200.00 (nine thousand two hundred pounds). I would appreciate to know if I need to email my ID documents to the seller for PAD service by PayPal or if PayPal should request these documents to me separately. A bit annoying as well that PayPal has no telephone number that I can this matter. Many thanks Siddy
