PACKING LIST PRINTING ISSUE DEBACLE (yes, all caps. I mean it)

Can't fathom why PP can't create a functional "Packing List" print option.

Issues:

1. prints on 2 pages

2. text is too small

3. orientation yield is sideways

4. no amount of adjusting "print settings" on computer and printer seems to overcome the problem

PP has provided some 'chin music,' to date, but no remedy. 

We're paying for this service, right?
