I recently paid for something online using a Paypal transfer rather than my card, as I usually do, and the payment is listed for the correct amount on my Paypal activity, but my bank account was charged for almost double the amount and was shown as "RET CHG PAYPAL INST XFER". As far as I know there were no hidden charges, and it wasn't an international purchase or anything of the sort. Am I just supposed to get the remaining amount after a certain time or was there some sort of fee that I'm not aware of?
