Out of Country info

Hello everyone I am new to the community. Not sure how this works but I am willing to learn. I don't know how long it takes to answer a question but I'm willing to wait as long as I can get some assistance. Can a person out of the country have a pay-pal account If so what information is needed?

Paypal is available in about 200 countries and supports 25 currencies.

All someone needs to pay you is your paypal email address and then they can pay you in dollars to your account.

However be very careful of scams (especially if you are selling internationally), post back if you need more advice.
