I am looking to buy some personalised items from a seller i found on facebook. She said i could pay goods and services on paypal if i cover the costs, but is using someone elses paypal account to receive the funds. Am i still covered if the goods do not arrive?
Thanks

So what could happen is that the paypal account she is using has been hacked, you pay the hacked account > the owner gets their account back and files an unauthorised transaction against you and you have to pay the funds back again.
I would be really wary about buying from social media, so many have been scammed, these sellers are not vetted by Facebook.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
