I order a product, it was supposed to be a Schwinn Trailblazer Single Seat bike shuttle from a Company in Ohio. They show the order as processing. I was shipped a children's whistle from a person in China saying it was my order with all the shipping numbers and everything. The Schwinn cost 68$ the whistle, less than a dollar. The person agreed to a full refund of I shipped the whistle back, however the address they gave me is for a random building in New Jersey. I feel like it is a scam and I will be paying shipping to ship the whistle and still never get me refund cause it went to some random place. Is there anything I can do?
