This is probably a scam text, so I didn't reply, but I'd like confirmation if others have received the same thing...
Got a text from number <removed>. Message says:
FRM: <removed>
MSG:.PayPal order declined.
(Then there's a Reciept PAYID number and a URL that I've never heard of. I don't want to post them here in case something about it IDs me somehow / I don't want someone to click on the link)
I know <removed> is a legit PayPal number, but since it didn't actually come FROM that number, it's just in the body of their text, I'm assuming its a scam.
There's no corresponding activity in my PayPal account so I assume phishing.
Anyone else get texts like this?
