Did something change with Paypal and it's availability in Thailand? My account is registered to my Thai phone number but for some reason my wife isn't able to create an account. Thailand isn't in the list of countries. I also tried to make a new account on her behalf and when asked to input the phone number there is no Thailand in the list of the international formats. What am I missing?
