Very basic question here. I have a PayPal account set up so that when I receive money, I can transfer it to my checking account. But it seems like I need to set up a PayPal cash account to transfer money from that same checking account to my PayPal account. But I don't see how to do that (and I don't have any incoming money to be able to set it up that way). Thank you.
