Other than having cash in my paypal account, how do I set up a paypal cash account so that I can transfer money from my linked checking account to paypal? All documentation leads me along steps that require that there is already money in my paypal account. I have none. I would like to transfer some in, but I seem to be stuck in no man's land without cash already there. Thank you.
