Opening US PayPal business account for US Single-Member LLC, when the LLC owner is non-US resident

I have a single-member LLC company in US and a US bank account. I am non-US resident from an unsupported country. I am the only owner of the company.

Can I setup US PayPal Business Account for my company and access it without limitation?
