Opening Business Account

Hello i am writing here since i couldnt find clear instruction of information about opening a business account using documents for offshore company.

I am living in a country that is not listed or approved by paypal to open an account.

i am running on E-commerce selling online, where almost all my customers asking for PayPal payment... when i tried to create one i couldnt... so one of the customer advised me to setup an offshore company in BELIZE and then create paypal business account.

before i go this route i would like to make sure that if i created offshore company in belize... will facilitate for me getting PayPal business account ?

Note that all i will have is  company registration papers... and a bank account in Belize. is this enough to verify my account ?

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
You can't use paypal in an unsupported country even with another countries paypal account.
