Notification Centre - Need more information

Hi, I have recently sold 5 items totalling approx £1750.00. I have been notified that payment has been received. However I was firstly notified that eBay would be holding payment for upto 21 days, presumably to check the items are received. That was OK as I am sending all items via DPD couriers so happy all deliveries will be confirmed.

 

I have now received a separate email from Paypal advising more information is required from me and to log in and presumably answer questions from the notification centre. Again, I am happy to provide all personal information. Unfortunately there are no questions in the notification centre to answer and worried that money from the items that I have been sent could be returned to the buyer. 

 

Any help would be appreciated.
