Not received payment through...

My PayPal me link which I copied directly from my profile. I've received confirmation from the person sending money that they've sent it and have provided a screenshot of the payment as well. Can someone please help as I need the funds urgently so I can withdraw them and post the product i need to post to the buyer? Kind regards Farhad

If you have had an email to say you have been paid but the funds are not showing then the first thing to check is that it is not a scam.

Can you give some more info on type of transaction  /  site selling on / rough content of email etc etc.

Hi, Nevermind this, got in touch with a member over Facebook who confirmed the transaction ID was invalid and that it was a scam. Emails have been sent to spoof@paypal.com. Thanks for your time guys!
