So I order a commission from Sketchmob.com, but the artist never replied back to me. I cancelled the order, but the money that came out of my bank account was never refunded. It's now sitting in my account on sketchmob. Is it possible for paypal to get that money back to me?
You would need to contact the company to refund that payment or raise a dispute for the appropriate option in the resolution centre of your Paypal account.
