Not Seeing/Getting the Send to Friend/Family Option

Trying to transfer money to a friend but not getting the option.

Is there a glitch?

You can choose payment type where you enter amount to send. Try using a different browser or clear browser cookies/cache and restart device and try again. Or use the PayPal app. Keep in mind that not all countries can accept friends and family payments too if you end up getting an error message.
