Non profit fundraiser

Hello Everyone,  Can anyone help with options for a fundraiser to beneit a non profit.  Does paypal offer any type of discount or waiver for the service charge?

I'm interested in knowing as well. These fees are really going to ruin my fundraiser! Is it only because Paypal thinks I'm a business?

I would also be interested to know the answer to this too. We have just opened a PayPal account for our school parent council to enable parents to have a way to pay for raffle tickets etc and give other fundraising donations online. I just 'virtually' purchased a raffle ticket for £1 but the fund only receives 77p. This will amount to a fair bit of money lost over the fundraising year.
