Please. I am not a US resident but I have my website hosted by Wordpress.com and the only way for them to pay me is through paypal. I haven't been able to collect that money because I dont have SSN,EIN,ITIN and for some reasons paypal is not accepting my card linkage. I asked a friend in the States to open this paypal account for me. I am really frustrated about me losing this monthly earning from Wordpress. If you can't do anything to help me. Kindly reverse the money to Automattic Inc.
