items I baught on Ebay have disappeared off my purchased items so I cant track the items and I cant contact the buyer so I dont know if the items have shipped my PayPal account says I paid but I havent heard from seller so what do i do thanks

Locate the payment transaction in your PayPal account activity, click it, then click "Report a problem" to file an Item Not Received dispute.
