No response from customer support

Hello,

 

I submitted a request for assistance 6 days ago but keep

on getting an automated reply.

 

Is there any way to e-mail PayPal directly?

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

I have been having the same issue. Except its been over two weeks with no response from paypal. On top of that, they have taken my funds and will not allow me access to them.  This is despite complying with their requirements more than two weeks ago. I am considering lodging an official complaint with the financial regulators.
