No one ever picks up the phone in Ireland!

Why is it not possible to speak to someone regarding account issues?!

No one ever bothers to pick up the phone. I know coffee and tea breaks are very important, but people do not pay fees to Paypal to listen to automated music and wait for hours to get the answer.

Facebook - same issue - no one replies. Haven't seen a company with worse customer service.

I need someone from Paypal to contact me personally ASAP.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
Freephone from a UK landline or UK mobile number.....TRY PHONING FIRST THING IN THE MORNING OR JUST BEFORE THEY CLOSE AT A QUIETER TIME.
OR
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
