No confirmation email

Hi I bought something off paypal a few days ago and never received a confirmation email from the website I bought the product from.. is this normal when you buy with paypal or any advice.. I always receive emails when I buy online but this time none..althiigh it's was my first time using PayPal

Hi @Kkatekelly7. Thank you for reaching out to the community. Yes you should received an email after making the charge. Please check if your email address is updated on our records by logging in to your account. If you need to confirm/reconfirm your email address kindly follow these steps.

 

Here's how to confirm your email address.

  1. Go to  Settings
  2. Click Update next to the email address you want to confirm.
  3. Click Confirm this email and we'll send you an email.
  4. In the email we send you, click the Confirm your email button to complete the confirmation process.

You will automatically return to the PayPal site where you will be asked to enter your password and the confirmation process will be complete.
