I recently made a purchase via PayPal but did not receive the usual confirmation email from them. The purchase was a non Ebay item I bought from a company in China and the GBP purchase amount was converted to USD at time of payment with PayPal. Perhaps I didn't receive the usual transaction confirmation email from PayPal because of the conversion process involved, or could it be due to the purchase amount not yet having been received and processed by the company in China (possibly due to time difference between UK and China) and I did not receive a confirmation of my purchase from them either.
I have messaged an enquiry to PayPal about my concern, but have not so far received a response. Perhaps I am worrying unduly, but nevertheless it has me concerned ! Thanks for any input from anyone who's had a similar experience.
