No Email Response from PayPal

I have written twice to Paypal and it says I'll hear from them within 24 hours.  Not so, apparently because the first email was sent over a week ago.  Just sent another one before coming here. Does anybody ever hear back from them via email?

Rarely and its usually generic rubbish anyway.

If we can't help on here then give customer services a call, you haven't said what country you are in so can't give you anymore info.
