Why is Paypal charging a fee to people wanting to donate money to me through my paypal.me link on YouTube? Nobody is sending me money because of a fee to do so stops them!I had no Idea this was happening!

Tell them to tick the box to make your friends/family paypal.me link into a payment for goods/services and then you pay the fee instead.

OR if they fund their payment to you via funds in their balance OR bank account then its free, they only pay if its funded via a card.
