My son found a great deal on a refurbished Nintendo Switch on a website that has only been active a month or so.  I was under the impression that I was entering my information at Best Buy so I wasn't hesitant to proceed.  I clicked the Paypal link, entered my information, and was ready to complete the purchase when I realized that I wasn't charged any sales tax.  That's when I realized that I wasn't on Best Buy's website.

If I purchase from this new and unknown website using Paypal am I covered if it's an illegitimate website?
