I need help creating a new message. I go to the message center to create a new message but it has no button for new message. Only option is contact us and takes me into help options.
Profile > 'messages' on the right > view messages at the bottom in blue > contact us > scroll down to email option > use the email option on the left after selection an option.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
