New in Paypal

Hello everyone, I'm a Japanese Filipino person. I create paypal to receive payments from my customers in Philippines. I already link my bank account here in Japan. But why there's no transfer fund button and when I click withdraw button at the lower of my balance. It went to an error. Should someone help me? I already sent my passport for verification of my account.

Have you confirmed the bank account with the 4 digit code and is it in the same name as your paypal account?
